Our Ethos

Our ethos has always been to work hard and get the job done.

Our practical approach ensures integrity, reliability, quality, innovation and sustainability for all our partners and in all we do.

These values were in the DNA of the organisation when it was first established and are still
very much evident throughout the business today.

We have built a strong reputation partnering with Northern Irelands HSC Trusts, leading Architects, Interior Designers and Contractors to develop a diverse range of client projects.
Many of these relationships develop over more than one project, thus strengthening the possibilities for exchanging ideas and adapting best practice.

We have grown a strong supply chain which enables us to ensure that we remain at the forefront of our sector. We have worked with our partners in the blind, track and fabric manufacturers to build an extensive range of products and techniques which we use to unlock the skills and technology of the shading industry for our client’s benefit.

We monitor our own performance as well as our supply chain, evaluating performance on the key indicators of cost, quality and delivery. This allows us both to learn from how we have performed in the past and make sure future projects deliver best value and continuous improvement.

Industry Compliance

Quality is our focus; every product is inspected to ensure maximum production consistency and product reliability. Regular review of our entire product range allows us to ensure we are specifying products which achieve the highest standards in quality, durability and functionality.

Our approach to quality is proactive rather than reactive and is based on continuous improvement and performance. Our operational approach and ethos is based on the philosophy and practice of ‘right first time, every time’.

Our Quality Management System is an integral part of our projects and is implemented through a comprehensive set of procedures and controls documented in accordance with ISO45001. A tailor-made Project Quality Plan and strategy is formulated and prepared for all our projects.

We deliver customer service and satisfaction through ongoing reviews, monitoring and dialogue. Our business processes are reviewed to evaluate performance and identify future improvements. Our Quality Management and Environmental systems are regularly
audited according to ISO45001 standards and independently assessed annually.

Our supply chain partners are selected on the basis of their experience and understanding of the project quality requirements and client expectations. Supply chain management procedures include performance management KPIs and these are monitored and reported on to address any areas of poor performance.

Health and Safety is of paramount importance to us and by using the
procedures established in our 3rd party management systems, ISO45001 and Constructionline which form part of SSIP Safety Systems in Procurement, our certification is realised.
